Recent snow falls left a garden wonderland … a single bird enjoying the solitude!

From today’s reading, from Hebrews: ‘And what more shall I say? For time would fail me to tell of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, of David and Samuel and the prophets … And all these, though well attested by their faith, did not receive what was promised, since God had foreseen something better for us, that apart from us they should not be made perfect’.

This passage reminds us of the wholeness of God’s plan of salvation, that it is for all people, and reached backward in time as well. As we rejoice in this, let us pray for all those who are yet to enter the Kingdom of God, for their redemption. May God bless you this day.
