The Order of Preachers (Dominican Order) still flourishes today, eight centuries after the death of its Founder.

St Dominic said: ‘Arm yourself with prayer instead of a sword; be clothed with humility instead of fine raiment’. These words are as applicable today as they were in St Dominic’s own day. May we put them into practice, and may God bless you this day.
