Today is also the Optional Memoria of St Jane Frances de Chantal, co -Founder, with St Francis de Sales, of the Order of the Visitation of Holy Mary.

Her spiritual teaching is widely known and loved, for its wholeness and balance. She said: ‘Walk in the presence of God in holy and absolute liberty of spirit’. These are words truly to live out in daily life, in the grace and power of God.

May St Jane Frances pray for us, and may God bless you this day.
