Here is part of our Old Testament reading, from Isaiah: ‘And the Lord will guide you continually, and satisfy your desire with good things, and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters fail not’.

As we begin our Lenten journey, let us take heart from the awareness that the Lord Himself is with us at all times, guiding us continually. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life; and no one comes to the Father except through Him.

Let us give Him all our trust, all our love; and may God bless you this day.
